  • To maintain an adequate and acceptable financial record system for the Village and Evans Mills Public Library.
  • Provide local departments as well as County, State, and Federal governments with required and informational financial reporting.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable for all departments.
  • Cash Management.
  • Collection of Village real property taxes.
  • Collection of Water & Sewer Payments, Meter Readings and billing.
  • Responsibility for Village/Library employee payroll.
  • Provide services and records to the public. Examples are Village Board Minutes & Planning Board Minutes.
  • Publication of the Village Newsletter
